
This creamy Rich Shrimp pasta is a quick and delicious recipe that comes together in 30 minutes.
How do you cook perfect dry pasta each time?
Always oversalt your pasta water before boiling to ensure the pasta is cooked with enough salt.
Add in the pasta only when the water comes to a rolling boiling state.
Cook the pasta Al dente ( A tad bit under cooked as per packaging instructions). That way the pasta can cook a little bit along with the pasta sauce and make it tasty.
No need to rinse the pasta or add oil to the water, the trick is to add the pasta hot from the pot to the sauce.
Prepare the sauce while your pasta is boiling and not vice versa..
Which pasta to use in this recipe ?
I have use spaghetti in this recipe you can how ever choose any pasta you may like. It is said that linguine pasta pairs well with shrimps and seafood recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4-5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 an onion minced (50 gms)
- 1 large clove of garlic minced
- 1 tbsp butter and
- 4-5 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup tomato Basil sauce
- Pasta water (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- Japanese greens a handful
- 150-200 Gms Shrimp
- To Marinate Shrimps – 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt
How to make creamy shrimp pasta
- Clean and devein the shrimps and marinate in salt, turmeric, red chilli powder set aside for 20 minutes
- Heat a heavy bottom sauce pan, Sauté onion and garlic in butter and olive oil until softened.

- Add in white wine and cook for 2 minutes and then add in the pasta sauce simmer a bit.

- Add in marinated shrimps and cook the shrimps until curly. Check salt and add as needed.

- Toss in cooked pasta add pasta water, Fresh cream and mix well.

- Next add in a tbsp of butter, fresh spinach and toss it in. Cook for a few minutes on low to medium flame until until the sauce is rich and glossy.

- Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and enjoy while it’s hot.

- 100-200 gms Cleaned Shrimps
